Speed

With its composite aerodynamic cowling, SPORT CUB S2 cruises at more than 100 mph... or extend the flaps for access to the most remote backcountry strips... both standard in the airplane with the modern ramp appeal that matches its performance.

Strength

Complete 4130 fuselage and tail feathers, all metal ribs and spars, and selected carbon fiber structural components... alll proven stronger and more robust through actual load, stress and flight testing.

Weight

SPORT CUB S2's clean sheet design and use of modern materials has resulted in a comprehensively equipped, class leading empty weight that is well under the 890 lbs. ASTM Standard limitation.*

Performance

More power plus lighter weight equals the SPORT CUB S2. More than 40 newly designed carbon fiber and composite components, including: cowling, spinner, interior panels, wing tips, floorboards, and extended baggage that save over 20 lbs. PLUS 10% more horsepower available with the optional Tuned '4-into-None Exhaust System'.

Safety

N110CV has all new, 2nd-generation AmSafe Airbags with inertia reels standard for both pilot and co-pilot and the entire airplane tested to the rigorous FAR 'Part 23' standard.

Range & Utility

Over 450 mile range with 24 gallon standard fuel capcity in two 12 gallon wing tanks. The most flexibility with space for 120 lbs. of cargo, a stow away rear seat for even more payload, optional Baumann 1500 straight floats with or without lockers, and 26 or 29 inch Alaskan Bushwheel Kevlar-reinforced tundra tires.

Comfort

The biggest cockpit in LSA, both seats fully adjustable, and an all new cabin heating system are just three features that me the SPORT CUB S2 the most comfortable to fly not to mention get in and out.
